To help your peers with their mental health, we ask that you ACT: Acknowledge warning signs, Care to listen nonjudgmentally, and Tell a trusted adult.

The ACT Message is introduced in the Signs of Suicide program. If you are interested in implementing SOS into your school, please reach out to Emily at emilye@tri-countymhs.org.

Being mindful is the practice of paying attention to the present moment. No worries about the past, or anxiety about the future. With the uncertainty in our lives, its easy to become stressed about things you can and cannot control, but I encourage you to be mindful today and focus on the now.

Take a pause, be grateful for what is around you, and foster mindfulness into your day-to-day routine.
